9a999 Terms of Service Bangladesh

Terms of Use

Welcome to 9a999, an information and download hub for users in Bangladesh. These Terms of Service explain the rules for browsing this site, downloading official APK packages, and using login or register channels linked from here. By accessing or using 9a999, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and related services.

These terms apply together with our Privacy & User Data policy. Practical help for install and access lives on the Download Center, Installation Guide, Login / Register, Alternative Link, and Location pages — those guides do not replace this legal agreement.

User obligations

When you use 9a999 in Bangladesh, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to use adult digital services under local rules.
• Comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh and any other laws that apply to you.
• Provide accurate phone, email, and other details when registering or recovering an account.
• Keep passwords and OTP codes private — never share them with fake “support” on WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media.
• Use the site and app in ways that do not harm others, abuse systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Download APK files only from official channels published on this site, and avoid modified or cracked packages.
• Not sell, rent, or publicly redistribute 9a999 packages or account access as if you were an official reseller.

Content license

Content, branding, text, and software packages made available through 9a999 are protected:

• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to download and use official APK builds for your own device.
• Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering for harmful purposes, mass redistribution, or hosting look-alike “mirror” sites is prohibited.
• Published version numbers, file sizes, and hash notes on the Download Center are for integrity checks — they do not grant ownership of the software.
• Trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners; display on this hub does not transfer those rights to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 9a999 and its operators are not liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from use of the site, app, or third-party networks (including carrier outages on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Airtel).
• Access delays, DNS filters, blank pages, or temporary unavailability of domains or backup channels.
• Inaccuracies that may appear in informational pages while we update version notes or network tips.
• Harm caused by APK files or links obtained outside the official Download Center and Alternative Link list.
• Account loss when you share OTP codes, reuse weak passwords, or sign in on phishing pages that imitate 9a999.

Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access in every district of Bangladesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time when features, law, or security practices change:

• The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we post a revision.
• Material changes will be published on this Terms page; we may also note updates elsewhere on the site when practical.
• Continued use of 9a999 after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
• If you do not accept a change, stop using the site and related services and request account closure where available.

Cookies

This site may use cookies or similar local storage to improve the experience:

• Cookies can help remember preferences, keep basic session behaviour stable, and understand which pages load correctly.
• You may refuse or clear cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.
• Some navigation or login-related features may work less smoothly without cookies enabled.
• More detail on data practices appears in our Privacy & User Data policy.

Privacy Policy

Personal data is handled with care in line with our privacy policy:

• We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing without a lawful basis or your consent, except as required by law.
• Account credentials and OTP flows should only be completed on official login and register channels.
• Read the full Privacy & User Data page for collection, use, security, and your rights.

Access to content

Content and download access may have conditions:

• Availability is not guaranteed at all times — carriers, DNS, or maintenance can interrupt service.
• Some content or channels may have regional or device limits (for example Android 6.0+ for current APK builds).
• If the main domain is slow or blocked, use only official backup routes listed on the Alternative Link page — never pay a private chat to “activate” access.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, share credentials commercially, or violate these terms.
